- Creating individual, property specific websites for properties with substantial features. The seller can choose their own domain name.
- Printing business card-sized flyers for the seller to carry with them for whenever the opportunity presents itself.
- Providing color brochures at the property. For properties with many features, a multi-page, full color brochure is produced. No 10 cent, black and white flyers.
- Signage that is not an eyesore.
- Brochure boxes that keep the papers dry year-round.
